During this WGM, we will take a few important decisions that will impact the future of the class. We hope and expect that you convey the wishes of your memberships. All the documents have already been distributed on a-cat.org. In case you have requests, questions on any of the proposals, don't hesitate to contact me.
I allow myself a personal request : I'm convinced all 4 proposals are good for the class. Let me take them one by one and provide my personal opinion about them.

Paolo Penco wins the 10th Giorgio Zuccoli Trophy organized by the Associazione Nautica Sebina. Pier Faccin reports.
The tenth Giorgio Zuccoli Trophy finished last weekend. This regatta, exclusively for ‘A’ Class catamarans, was organized by Associazione Nautica Sebina to celebrate the memory of Giorgio Zuccoli, a great sailing champion, who, a long time ago, began his fantastic career, starting at the ANS.
The Cup goes to New Zealand !

That's the message on the official AC site. There is a little bit more behind it, as we all know. There are many people involved in the Cup, across many countries and regions, men and women, all in deep passion with our favorite sport. All of them have worked hard, some teams had serious budget, some had to be inventive, a long story ends in the Bermuda, with the Kiwis once again winning the Cup.
They sailed from far and wide to compete in the Danish Nationals, as Peter Boldsen reports;
This year's Open Danish A-Cat Nationals where held last weekend in the fashionable Rungsted. At the same time, there was a nationwide event “Crazy about Water”, which attracted some extra people to the harbor.
As it was an Open Nationals, it was also with the participation of our friendly neighbors from Sweden and Germany.
At the weekend 10-11th of June, the A-class regatta was held in Sopot, at the venue of A-class Worlds 2017. - Jacek Noetzel reports.
Competitors from Czech Republic, New Zealand and Poland participated in the regatta. Each race was won by a different competitor, so the races were very interesting and had a lot of leader changes.
