I remember all delegates that

Dealing with point 9 : no proposals received within the time limit, September 22nd

Dealing with point 10 : no proposals received within the time limit, September 22nd

Dealing with point 11 : no proposals received within the time limit, September 22nd

so only minor issues may be discussed.

I strongly reccomend all Presidents who can't attend the WGM to delegate in written who will rapresent their

N.A. at the WGM.

The delegate may be a member of the N.A. or of another Country. Please, be so kind to send

me, copy to Saarberg the e-mail.
