Dear A Class sailors Worldwide ,
Please find beneath the pdf. download link of the new IACA Constituion as reworked by the IACA Commission.
Some changes has been made in order to have a stronger and more active International Class.
Also National Association have more influence in Class life.
The responsabilties of IACA Officers are more clear, the rules have been widely defined and the new technologies like web site and e-mail will help all members to communicate and to vote.
In order to approve the new Consitution a ballot paper has been sent to all financial members reported by every National Association. An electronic voting system will also be availabe a.s.a.p. on the official IACA website. The deadline to vote the new Consitution is september 30th.
