In the weekend of the 24th and 25th of September, we had the Open Danish Nationals.
An efficient race management was able to start a total of 14 races. The short races where very intense and good starts and a minimum of mistakes was the key to success.

Top 3:
1. DEN 1, Thomas Paasch, Nikita, Fiberfoam, Ashby
2. SWE 16, Håkan Fråjdh, Marström, Marström, Landenberger
3. DEN 17, Michael Schwarz, DNA, Saarberg, Ashby

GPS live tracking at the worldchampionships

Dear All, Together with the University of Aarhus we are planning to broadcast the event via internet, using gps tracking and live video streaming – more or less the same setup we did at the 505 Worlds last year… see also http://www.505sapworldchampionship2010.com/ The main strategic reason to this is to make sailing more “understandable, viewable and shareable” – in other words, more popular.

Worlds Waiting List

The worlds are limited to 100 places by the A-Class Championships Rules, and currently we are sold out.
BUT - there probably will be some "drop outs" or "no shows", and for that case we have established a waiting list, from where we will substitute open places.
This is a "first in first served" queue, so don't hesitate to get on the list if you are interested in a place in case someone can't come.
Send a mail to Thomas Paasch: thomas(at)paasch.dk with your Country, Name and contact information to get on the list.
